🍰 Wholesale Policy

Sandra’s Cheesecakes offers select desserts at wholesale pricing for restaurants, caterers, cafés, and event venues looking to elevate their dessert offerings with our homemade, small-batch sweets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum order: $150 per order

  • Order frequency: Weekly or biweekly options available

  • Lead time: 5–7 business days for first-time orders; 72-hour notice for reorders

  • Business verification required (Resale Certificate or EIN)

  • Delivery: Available within 20 miles; delivery fees may apply depending on distance

  • 4" Petite Cakes and Just For Me Cheesecakes (perfect single-serve size)

  • Cheesecake Delights (mini cheesecakes) in seasonal flavors

  • Spoonful of Sweets (5 oz desserts)

🎨 Custom Order Policy

We love bringing your dessert visions to life! All custom orders are made with care, creativity, and quality ingredients. To ensure the best experience, please review our custom order policy below:

🔹 Lead Time

  • Custom orders must be placed at least 7–10 days in advance.

  • Larger or more detailed orders may require up to 2 weeks’ notice.

  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, based on availability.

🔹 Design & Flavor Selection

  • All custom requests must include:

    • Flavor choice (cheesecake or cake-based)

    • Color scheme or theme

🔹 Pricing

  • Pricing is based on design complexity, quantity, and ingredients.

  • All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

  • Final balance is due 48 hours before pickup or delivery.

  • Orders are not started until deposit is received.

🔹 Revisions & Cancellations

  • Orders canceled 48+ hours in advance may receive a partial credit (minus a $15 processing fee).

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled pickup/delivery are non-refundable.

  • Changes to your order must be made at least 48 hours in advance and may be subject to approval.

🔹 Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup location in Clinton, MD (shared upon confirmation).

  • Delivery is available for an added fee and must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Sandra’s Cheesecakes is not responsible for any damage once the order has been picked up or delivered.

 

📦 Subscription Policy

Thank you for your interest in our Monthly Dessert Subscription! Sandra’s Cheesecakes brings homemade indulgence straight to your doorstep—on repeat.

🔹 How It Works

  • Each month, subscribers receive our featured Cake or Cheesecake of the Month—available in standard or mini sizes.

  • Optional add-ons include Petite Cakes, Just For Me Cakes, Cheesecake Delights, Spoonful of Sweets or Novelty items.

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and delivered or ready for pickup during the first full week of each month.

🔹 Subscription Options

  • Monthly Plan: Billed every month

  • 3-Month Plan: Billed quarterly with a small discount

  • Gift Subscriptions available with a personalized message

🔹 Payments & Renewals

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

  • Payment is processed on the 25th of each month for the following month’s box.

  • Orders are non-refundable once processed due to the nature of fresh, perishable items.

🔹 Changes & Cancellations

  • You may pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by the 20th of the month by contacting us.

  • Address changes must also be submitted by the 20th.

🔹 Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup is free from our Clinton, MD location.

  • Delivery is available within our service area for an additional fee.

  • Subscription boxes are packaged with care for freshness but should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

 

📝 Standard Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Sandra’s Cheesecakes! Each dessert is made fresh with love, and to ensure quality and timely service, please review our ordering policies below:

🔹 Ordering & Lead Time

  • Standard orders require a minimum of 5 day’s notice.

  • Orders for larger quantities or events (e.g. dessert tables, bundles) must be placed at least 10 days in advance.

  • Rush orders (under 72 hours) may be accepted with a fee and are subject to availability.

🔹 Payment

  • Full payment is required to confirm your order.

  • We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp.

  • Orders are not started until payment is received.

🔹 Pickup & Delivery

  • Pickup location will be provided upon order confirmation (Clinton, MD).

  • Delivery is available for a fee and must be arranged in advance.

  • We are not responsible for damages after pickup or delivery is completed.

🔹 Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders canceled 48+ hours in advance may receive a partial credit (minus a $15 processing fee).

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled pickup/delivery are non-refundable.

🔹 Custom Orders

  • All custom flavors, colors, or themed designs must be confirmed at the time of ordering.

  • Photos or inspiration are welcome, but final designs are based on Sandra’s Cheesecakes’ interpretation.

🚗 Delivery Policy

At Sandra’s Cheesecakes, we offer convenient local delivery to make your dessert experience even sweeter! Please review our delivery terms below:

📍 Service Area & Fees

  • We deliver within a 25-mile radius of Clinton, MD.

  • Delivery fees start at $10, and may increase based on distance or delivery complexity.

  • Locations beyond 25 miles may be considered for large orders or events — contact us directly for availability and a custom quote.

🕒 Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery times are scheduled during order confirmation and are based on availability.

  • Please allow a 30-minute delivery window to account for traffic and safety.

  • Someone must be available to receive and inspect the order upon delivery.

📦 Handling & Responsibility

  • Once the order is picked up or delivered, Sandra’s Cheesecakes is no longer responsible for any damages.

  • Desserts should be refrigerated immediately unless advised otherwise.

📅 Event & Dessert Table Deliveries

  • For dessert tables or event bundles, delivery + setup fees are priced separately based on event needs.

  • Setup requires access to the event space at least 1 hour in advance.

💵 Refund Policy

At Sandra’s Cheesecakes, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted desserts. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we kindly ask that you review our refund policy before placing your order.

🔹 All Sales Are Final

  • All purchases are non-refundable once full payment is received.

  • This includes custom orders, standard orders, subscription boxes, and dessert bundles.

🔹 Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery may be eligible for a partial credit (excluding any deposits or processing fees).

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable.

🔹 Deposits

  • All deposits are non-refundable, including for custom orders and dessert table bookings.

🔹 Quality Concerns

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item or damage during delivery), please contact us immediately, or within 1 hour of receiving it.

  • We may request a photo of the product to evaluate the concern. If we find a valid issue, we’ll offer a credit or replacement at our discretion.

  • We do not offer refunds for:

    • Dislike of flavor or texture (taste is subjective)

    • Improper handling/storage after pickup or delivery

    • Missed pickups or delivery refusals
